Plot Diagram

The 7th grade students are learning about plot elements and what makes up a plot. They each have an interactive notebook where they take notes and apply their knowledge of the elements to various stories. Today, they are working with the shot story "3 Skeleton Key."

Fun Friday

Most Fridays during homeroom, the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students who have done their work for the week and/or behaved are rewarded with a recess...outside if it's nice and indoors if raining or  cold. I often bring my camera with me on Fridays to take photos of the students.
